Concho Installation

1. Position concho strap with the rough side of material facing out as shown.

2. Insert concho strap through slits in seat so that round holes in strap are positioned above and
....below slits.

NOTE: If the seat material does not have pre-cut slits, you must cut them to the dimension shown in photo.
3. Slide upper portion of concho strap through the upper slot in concho from behind. Slide lower
....portion of concho strap through the lower slot in the concho in a similar manner. Pull strap
....ends tightly enough for the two holes in the strap to be visible.

4. Insert tip of upper strap into lower hole in concho strap and pull through tightly (Fig.1). Lower
....strap has now become the new upper strap (Fig. 2).
5. Insert tip of new upper strap end into the un-used lower hole in the concho strap and pull
....through tightly.
6. Finished products should display one smooth side and one rough side of the concho strap.
