Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I was with your customer service.

Over the winter I purchased a seat cover for my Drifter from Ronnie's Cycle in Adams , MA .  After riding twice this spring, I noticed a small problem.   I called customer service and within a few days it was resolved .

I thought for sure that I would be told to go back to my dealer 's or that the time had expired since I bought it or, at the very least , it would take two or three calls to get resolved.

Just wanted to say thanks for the great purchasing experience. I ordered a studded seat cover for my Honda VLX 600 from your website.

The next day I got a phone call from a REAL person ("Rae" in your customer service deparment) who informed me that the item was on backorder. About three days later, Rae called again to tell me the item was on its way. My seat cover arrived at my door exactly when Rae said it would.

In this age of computers and automatic email replies, I found it refreshing that someone actually called (twice!) to personally tell me the status of my order. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the fit and look of the seat cover I purchased this spring for my 800 Vulcan Classic.

I am a smaller woman rider and the stock saddle on the Vulcan is a comfortable fit for me. The cover material, however, was just so chintzy-looking that it made me cringe. I have to admit that I was hesitant about ordering a seat cover but, upon installing it, I was absolutely thrilled.

The fit is very tight with no wrinkles and the material has a distinct leather look to it. The studs are a nice touch and they match my saddlebags and tank chap. Everyone thinks it's a custom seat and are quite surprised when I tell them it's a cover.

I had some questions during installation and I phoned Mustang for assistance; the rep I spoke with gave me some excellent tips on how to get the cover on.Thanks again for a great product!

Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how much I'm enjoying my new seat on my Yamaha V-Star 1100 Classic.

I only put about 500 miles on it so far and I am glad I spent the money on it, as those were much more comfortable miles than the previous 500. Another benefit: my wife will actually ride with me when I put the passenger seat on!

A few months ago I ordered a studded tank bib for my Honda 1100 ACE. It arrived and I was pleased with the quality.Your Mustang Cruiser catalog was included with that order. I browsed through it many times. I wanted to order a studded seat for my ACE but could not afford one.

Many times I looked at the Seat Covers as an alternative, but each time I said "no—seat covers would never fit or look right."Finally, I ordered a seat cover. That’s when my worries started--I knew from the moment I placed the order that I would be unhappy with it.

After all, I am very fussy about my ACE.Surprisingly, on the following Friday, I received my cover and installed it. It is unbelievable! It fits perfectly and looks far superior to the original equipment. Again, my cover was shipped from the East Coast to Hawaii in five days.

When I order parts from other supply houses it takes five weeks! You folks seem to be the only ones who understand us bikers "wanted it yesterday." Thank you for your great products, great service and fair prices.
