1. After removing seat, remove plastic plug in rear fender to expose notched hole.
2. Place fender nut insert, small end up, onto plastic cable tie.
3. Thread the cable tie through the fender
hole from the bottom.
4. Pull it up until the nut insert aligns with the notched fender hole.
5. Slip the C-clip onto the nut insert and
remove the cable tie.
