Seat pans are constructed using either steel or fiberglass, depending on the motorcycle make and model. The steel seat pans are pressure formed in-house with one of our 75 ton hydraulic presses. The tremendous pressure forces the sheet metal into the proper shape with a two-piece die, producing a perfect seat pan every time. cutawayseat.jpg
