The two-piece, marine-grade fiberglass baseplate is a direct replacement for the stock two-piece seat. Rubber bumpers are positioned to protect the frame and fender. For general information about Mustang seat construction Click Here. |

B.   Removal of Stock Seat |
|||
|
1. Remove
rear fender acorn nut with a 10mm wrench.
2. Remove the mounting bolt on each side of the solo seat with a 12mm socket. 3. Slide seat back and up to remove. |

|
Hardware included: One nylon washer 1. Check to make sure the two 1/4"-20x3/4" screws that secure rear seat to solo are tight. 2. Engage nose tab under frame, not under tank flange. 3. Supplied nylon washer goes between chrome mounting triangle and fender. 4. Secure seat using two stock side bolts and one rear fender mount. 5. Secure with stock acorn nut. |
