Baseplate Features

The two-piece, marine-grade
fiberglass baseplate directly replaces the stock two-piece seat. Rubber
bumpers are positioned to prevent the seat from touching the frame and
fender.

B.  
Removal
of Stock Seat
|
1. Unlock
solo with the ignition key.
2. Pull nose of solo
and slide forward to remove.
3. Remove two 5mm Allen bolts in the front of passenger seat and one
8mm Allen bolt at the rear of passenger seat.
4. Remove passenger seat.
Note: When passenger seat is removed, fender will have no brackets.

1. Passenger
seat is mounted first. Secure with one stock 8mm bolt in rear and two
stock 5mm bolts in front.
2. Solo is mounted by engaging rear tab into fender mount and locking
front latch.
Note: If solo seat does not line up with the front latch, the rear tab
is not properly engaged. The skirt on the solo seat must not be bent
under seat.
