Mounting Suggestions for Mustang Tank Bibs

Studded

1. Remove seat then remove the two tank mounting bolts with a 12mm wrench.

2. With a 4mm Allen wrench remove the three dash mounting bolts, then lift the chrome cover off the tank.

3. Lift the speedometer bracket up just enough to slide our tank bib under it. Align the hole in the bib with the boss on the tank then push the speedo bracket back into place.

4. Reinstall the chrome dash with the removed Allen bolts. Tighten with a 4mm Allen wrench.

5. Install the two tank mounting bolts through the holes in bib first then into bikes frame Tighten with a 12mm wrench. Reinstall seat.
