Mounting Suggestions for Mustang Seats
Kawasaki Vulcan 800 1995-up
and 800 Classic 1996-up, One-Piece

A.  Baseplate Features

The one-piece, marine-grade fiberglass baseplate is a direct replacement for the stock one-piece seat. Rubber bumpers are strategically placed to protect the frame and fender.

B.   Removal of Stock Seat
1. Remove rear 6mm bolt.
2. Slide seat back and up to remove. The seat may be tight and some force is necessary.
3. Remove center bracket from fender and reinstall the two bolts.

C.   Mounting of Mustang Seat

Hardware included: One nylon washer

1. Engage nose tab.
2. Place nylon washer (supplied) between rear chrome tab and fender.
3. Secure with stock 6mm bolt.
