Mounting Suggestions for
Mustang Tank Bibs
Kawasaki Vulcan 900 2006-up

1. Remove single dash 6mm bolt with a 4mm Allen wrench.

    2. Lift rear of dash up about 1", then push forward off of mounting pins.  
       
       
 

3. Place the cutout in Tank Bib over the speedometer, then under the front mounting pins. Pull bib back until the rear of cutout is over the dash mounting hole.

Align front of dash with tank's mounting pins. Slide dash back until mounting hole lines up with hole on tank, then re-install the 6mm Allen bolt. Tighten with a 4mm Allen wrench.

      4. Remove the two tank mounting bolts and washers with a 12mm wrench. Re-install them through the holes in bottom of bib. Tighten with a 12mm wrench.
