This Privacy Notice describes how Mustang Motorcycle Products, LLC ("Mustang Motorcycle", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and shares your information in connection with any and all websites, digital products, communications, and offline services made available by Mustang Motorcycle (collectively, the "Services").

  1. Information We Collect
Mustang Motorcycle will collect your personal information when you:
  • Apply for employment: When you apply for employment with Mustang Motorcycle, we collect your contact information (name, email address, physical address, telephone number) and professional information (employment and educational history) to assess and manage your application and as necessary to comply with applicable law.
 
  • Complete a dealer application: To assess and process your application, we collect your contact information (name, telephone number, email address).
 
  • Contact us: When you contact us, we collect your contact information (name, email address, telephone number) and any other information you choose to include in your correspondence to respond to your questions or inquiries and to monitor our customer care.
 
  • Create an online account: To create and maintain your dealer account, we collect your contact information (name, email address) and selected password. Once your account is created, we may use this information to communicate with you about the Services or your account.
 
  • Make a purchase: To fulfil and manage your purchase, we collect your contact information (name, physical address, telephone number, email address) and payment information (payment card number, expiration date, CVV). We also use this information to provide customer support and facilitate any return or exchange you request. Please note our payment processor collects your payment information directly on our behalf and we only receive the last four digits of your card and expiration date for accounting purposes.
 
  • Open an account: We collect Form W-9 from our suppliers to remit payment. This form contains supplier contact information (name, address) and Social Security number or Employer Identification Number. We also collect additional contact information (email address, telephone number) to administer your supplier account and business relationship.
 
  • Place an order: If your business places an order with Mustang Motorcycle, we collect payment information (bank account number and routing number), as well as information on your business (name, address, email address, telephone number, tax identification number or Social Security number). This information is used to fulfill and manage your purchase, for administration of your business account, and to collect payment.  
 
  • Register for recall: To register your clip-ons for recall and communicate with you, we collect your contact information (name, email address telephone number).
 
  • Subscribe to our newsletter: We collect your email address to subscribe you to our newsletter.
 
  • Visit our locations: When you visit Mustang Motorcycle, we collect your contact information (name, email address, telephone number) and video of your captured through our CCTV footage.
 
  1. Information Collected From Third Parties
We may receive your contact information (name, email address) from third parties, such as event and rally hosts. We use this personal information to send you information on our Services that may be of interest to you.
 

  1. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may collect information from you automatically as you use the online Services via cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small pieces of text used to store information on web browsers. Our online Services use both first-party (set by us) and third-party cookies (cookies stored under a different domain and set by a party other than Mustang Motorcycle).

Mustang Motorcycle is an organization established in the United States. INFORMATION CHOICES

  • Correct or view your information: You can access your account at any time to correct or view certain information of yours in our possession and which is associated with your account.
 
  • Do Not Track: Your browser or device may include a "Do Not Track" functionality that you can set to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. At this time, our Services do not support Do Not Track.
 
  • Marketing emails: If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or contact us at info@mustandseats.com. Please note we will continue to send you emails necessary to the Services or any assistance you request.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed towards children under the age of thirteen (13), and Mustang Motorcycle does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of thirteen (13) through our Services.

NEVADA RESIDENTS
If you are a resident of Nevada, you may request to opt-out of the current or future sale of your personal information. Please note we do not sell any of your personal information. However, you can submit a request to opt-out of future sales by contacting us at info@mustangseats.com. Please include "Opt-Out Request Under Nevada Law" in the subject line and body of your email.
 
INDIVIDUALS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION/UNITED KINGDOM
