Mounting Suggestions for Mustang Seats

A.
  Baseplate Features

The one-piece, marine-grade fiberglass baseplate is a direct replacement for the stock two-piece seat. Rubber bumpers are positioned to protect the frame and fender.



B. 
  Removal
of Stock Seat
1. Unplug the sissy bar pad.
2. Remove the tool kit.
3. Remove the rubber block inside the tool box.
4. Mounting screw will now be exposed; remove this mounting screw.
5. Slide passenger seat forward and up to remove.
6. Unbolt the two 10mm bolts holding the solo to the fender.
7. (Important: the electronics module is attached to the solo.) Carefully lift solo off bike.
8. Remove the electronics module from solo.


C.
   Mounting of Mustang Seat

1. Bolt electronics module to baseplate of seat.
2. Engage nose tab.
3. Secure to fender with stock bolt.
4. Reinstall rubber block, tool kit and sissy bar pad.
