A.  Baseplate Features (Click on picture for a larger view)

The two-piece, marine-grade fiberglass baseplate is a direct replacement for the stock one-piece seat. Rubber bumpers are strategically placed to prevent the baseplate from touching the frame and fender.

B.   Removal of Stock Seat (Click on picture for a larger view)

1. Unbolt 6mm bolt on each side and single rear acorn nut.
2. Slide seat back and up.
 


C.   Mounting of Mustang Seat

 

Hardware included: One nylon washer

1. Engage nose tab of solo.
2. Secure solo using two stock side bolts.
3. Slide bracket on front of passenger pad into receiver on rear of solo.
4. Secure rear of passenger pad to fender with stock acorn nut.
