Baseplate Features

The one-piece, marine-grade
fiberglass baseplate is a direct replacement for the stock two-piece
seat. The clip for the electronics module is built directly into the
Mustang seat. Rubber bumpers are positioned to protect the frame and
fender.

B.  
Removal
of Stock Seat
|
1. Remove
both side covers.
2. Remove the two 5mm Allen bolts at front of the solo.
3. Lift solo up and forward.
4. Remove the two 10mm bolts holding the solo bracket and passenger
seat to the fender.
5. The electronics module is attached to the passenger seat. Carefully
slide passenger seat forward and up off bike.
6. Carefully remove electronics module from passenger seat.
Note: Put the solo bracket bolts back into the fender with wires on
the outside of the bolts.

C.  
Mounting of Mustang Seat
|
1. Clip electronics
module to baseplate of seat.
2. Engage rear bracket on seat into receiver on fender.
3. Install two stock 5mm Allen bolts on each side of seat.
4. Install side covers.
