Baseplate Features

The two-piece, marine-grade fiberglass baseplate is a direct replacement
for the stock two-piece seat. Rubber bumpers are positioned to protect
the frame and fender.

Removal
of Stock Seat

1. Remove rear 8mm
Allen screw.
2. Slide passenger seat back to remove.
3. Remove rear seat mounting bracket with handstrap.
4. Slide solo back and up to remove.

Hardware included:
One special triangle bracket with a 1/4"-20 stud
One grooved nut
|
1. Install
the special triangle bracket to the fender with stock bolts.
|
|

2. Engage front
of solo into frame below tank. Attach rear of solo to the special triangle
bracket and secure with the slotted nut.
Note: Do not over tighten slotted nut.
|
3. Slide the slotted bracket
on the front of the passenger seat into the slotted nut.
|
|
4. Secure seat in rear
using stock 8mm Allen screw.
|
