Ride Longer More Comfortably Been riding on my Mustang Solo seat on my Volusia for about a year now and love the comfort and the look. I used to think I just needed to build up miles to get used to the stock seat but, despite thousands of miles, my rear never got used to it. The Mustang seat lets me ride longer more comfortably. Riding Pain Free Thanks, Mustang, for great passenger comfort. My wife has MS, and was having trouble sitting on our C50T for more then 30 minutes at a time. We purchased a Mustang seat and mounted it on the bike. The delivery and installation were fast and simple. On our first ride my wife was able to sit comfortably for 60 minutes. Happy I sent you an email a couple of years ago after adding one of your seats to a V-Star 1100 Classic. Well, I purchased a new bike, a Boulevard C90T. After one season of riding, I decided to add a Mustang seat again. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the seat. Oh What a Feeling I recently ordered the wide studded seat with driver backrest from a local bike shop for my Suzuki C50. The quality is superb and the installation was quick and simple. Today I took it out for a 100 mile test ride and oh what a feeling it was. It's so nice to be able to ride in a comfortable upright position. In four days I'm leaving for a trip to the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee and I'm sure to be e-mailing you again with the same results. Thanks Mustang. You have done it again! Great Ride Without Pain I just wanted to write and let you know that I had the BEST RIDE today on the new seat for our 1500 LC Intruder. I worked all day. When I got home my husband wanted to go for a “little” ride. It was over a 100 miles later when we got home but I still wanted to ride. I had no pain at all. One of the Best Purchases Ever Made Just a quick note to say I love my Mustang three-piece seat! I replaced the stock Suzuki seat with an OEM gel seat within one week of purchasing the bike a couple years ago. Well, I very quickly realized it wasn't much of an improvement. So, after two months, I bought a Mustang. I must say it is one of the best bike accessory purchases I have ever made. I knew immediately that it was more comfortable than either the stock or gel seat. I still would rather sit lower on the bike, but I wouldn't trade my Mustang seat to get that drop! I am about to enter my third riding season with this seat. It still looks as good as it did the day it arrived and is just as comfortable—and I’ve put a good number of hours in the saddle, too. In fact, I successfully completed an Iron Butt Saddle Sore 1000 ride with this seat! You truly make a great product.

Long Distance Travel a Joy Again To all you guys at Mustang: thank you, thank you, thank you! The new one piece replacement studded touring seat I ordered through Z Power is a real godsend. Once I fitted the seat to my Marauder, I took my missus on a 600km weekend run away from home and the new seat was great. After putting up with the uncomfortable original factory seat for sooo long, it was truly like riding a new bike, enjoying the freedom of NOT having to stop every thirty minutes or so to avoid crippling back pain. Ah, the joy of the new seat. Your company not only sells a great product but obviously has a customer service philosophy that will guarantee you future return business. What a Difference I just received a Mustang seat for my C50 Boulevard. What a difference. I rode four hours today with no discomfort at all; the OEM seat had my backside begging for mercy after just a few miles. The Mustang seat is solid, well-built and beautiful. What Break-In Period? Received my new Mustang Vintage Touring Studded with driver backrest yesterday; inaugural 200 mile ride today on my C50T. Break in period?? What break in period? This seat is comfortable from the start and, if it’s supposed to get better, then I'm in for a real treat. One inch forward, one inch up? The only difference I experienced was that my riding posture was more upright, no slouching--a very good thing. Wow, What Customer Service! The stock seat on my Volusia was aggravating an already bad back . After only a few minutes of riding I was really disappointed in my decision to ride again after a thirty year absence from the sport. I was about to sell the bike when I instead opted to investigate replacement saddles. I spent some time at the local bike shops and on the internet and decided the the Mustang Vintage with optional backrest was likely the best candidate. I had some concerns however and none of the dealers could provide the answers. I am 6'2" tall and 300 pounds. I'm not cramped on the midsize Volusia but there is not any extra room. A seat which moved me down or closer to the ta nk just would not work. I decided that before I bought I would call your tech support line and see if they could provide the answers. Wow! What an experience.
He suggested that, rather than the solo seat with backrest, I should instead purchase the two-up seat without backrest. This seat would still offer much superior support to my backside than the factory seat and I would be able to push further off the tank without the backrest. Here is a guy putting my satisfaction as his top priority. He actually talked me into a less expensive seat! Heck I don't even have the seat yet and I am already impressed. I am a picky customer who votes with his feet and his wallet. Mustang, if your seats are half as good as your service then I am sure I'm in for a comfortable ride when my new seat gets here. Thanks. WOW Now all I can say is "WOW"... ...but, I must admit, at first I thought I was being too extravagant to spend that much on a seat. After getting a Vintage Touring seat for the feel of a "beach cruiser seat" for my middle - aged body, now I don't know why I ever waited! People can't believe it's only an 800 Intruder because the lines of the seat make it appear not only like a much bigger bike but gives it a more custom look too. A Great Investment Just wanted you folks to know that I really appreciate your work. I'm a member of a Volusia owners club and your reputation is legend there. Enhances Our Rides My usual ride time on my Volusia with my gel seat and backrest is about an hour before the pain begins. If it's going to take more than an hour and a half ride, I would drive the truck--until now! I ordered a Mustang on Tuesday, received and then installed it on Friday, and rode over 400 miles during the weekend with no lower back pain. My wife and I were amazed at the difference, which I can tell you is night and day. We rode an average of six hours a day last week in the Smokeys and the only reason we were able to do this was due to this seat. Absolutely unbelievable! Thank you for making such a quality product that enhances our rides. Worth Every Penny I recently purchased a set of Vintage seats for my VZ800 Marauder. It was worth EVERY penny!! Your seat is SO much more comfortable than the stock seat. I used to be in increasing pain as the ride went on. I only stop now for gas, and am ready to ride MORE! Just rode four and a half hours last weekend and felt WONDERFUL! I even talked my boyfriend into buying a Mustang seat for his Volusia 800. He didn't even know that his stock seat wasn't comfortable but he did feel tired after long rides. He first chose to try a 'gel' seat to see if that would prolong his trip comfort but could not STAND it! When he rode my Marauder with your seat installed, he knew he had to have a Mustang on his bike. Thanks for a great product.

The Biker's Best Friend You did it again. Why am I surprised? After riding for two years on my trusty Yamaha V-Star equipped with one of your seats, I vowed that when I bought a new bike I would factor in a Mustang seat in the purchase. I just bought a new C50T and, of course, ordered one of your seats right away for it. While waiting for the seat to arrive I rode 100 miles in a rally on the stock seat. Halfway through, my back hurt so bad I thought I would have to call my wife to bring the bike trailer. While nice and soft, the stock seat sits you straight up so that every shock in the road goes right up your spine. I managed to finish the run but paid the price for it for the next two days. Yesterday your seat arrived and it took all of about fifteen minutes to install. Today, I rode 400 touring miles on the new Mustang seat and am not even tired. The way your seat postures you on the bike and the great back support are the difference--and worth every penny of the cost. What more can I say? You guys are truly the "biker's best friend". Last year, I rode 3000 miles in France and wished then that I had a set of Mustang seats . T his year I now have them and I can't wait for a long haul. Superior Seat I rode 320 miles last weekend on my Volusia and your seat is so much superior to the OEM. The road bumps were minimized. Takes some getting used to, but wow. No Comparison You can't compare this seat on my Marauder VZ800 with anything else. Day and night is a small difference compared to the comfort we feel. The original seat was good for an hour ride before you felt “pain," enough pain to think that you should either ride in a car ride or sell the bike! With the Mustang Seat we've ridden four hours long without pain. The only stop was to fill gas! Dealers should sell bikes with Mustang seats instead of saddle bags. Installation was a perfect fit; only had to unscrew the locking bolt a quarter-turn to lock perfectly--amazing! My thanks to Andrea at Western Powersports who did a great job helping me.

Can’t Hold a Candle to Mustang We can’t thank our dealer (Cycle Necessities) enough for convincing us to buy Mustang seats. They are the best. The Mustang seat on our Suzuki Intruder is so comfortable that the wife and I can ride much longer now without stopping to rest our “behinds.” My relatives also bought Mustang seats for their Honda VTX1800 and Kawasaki 800 Vulcan. My brother-in-law loves his seat and the driver backrest just makes it better. He said he can’t believe how good it feels and how you can ride and never get that numb feeling. What Price for a Comfortable Butt? When I bought my Marauder, I found the original seat so bad I couldn't even ride for thirty minutes without back and butt pain! After doing some research I made my decision to purchase the two piece studded seat for my bike. Now it is so comfortable I can ride and not worry anymore about when the next stop is--I can ride and ride and ride. I was a little hesitant at first because of the price but I can see now that you definitely get what you pay for! My Mustang seat was the best thing I could have bought, and well worth the money!! Ride for Life After two back operations and breaking my hip one year ago (at the age of 52), I decided to give up racing motocross. It was time to get a cruiser! After doing my homework, I started looking on E-bay and could not believe all the bikes that were for sale with the comment “great bike BUT I have a bad back.” After about three weeks, I found the bike I wanted. My buddy and I drove 850 miles to pick it. After getting there and seeing that his Intruder 1500 already had a Mustang seat with a driver backrest, I decided not to put it in the back of the truck but to drive it as far as I could on the way home. WOW, the weather was perfect, the bike ran great and the seat was more comfortable then the ride up in the truck. I drove all the way home without any pain, only stopping for gas and to eat. Thank you and all who work for you for making such a great seat. I have been riding motorcycles all my life and now I can continue to ride for the rest of it.

I Only Made One Stop After a couple of modifications to the seat pant on the stock Volusia seat, I could at least tolerate it long enough for 300 miles a day, but it was still very tough on the butt. I had been told by other members of the Volusia Owners' League that the Mustang seat was worth every penny that it cost. I finally decided to go with it and I must agree with the other Mustang owners. I installed my seat yesterday and took a short ride and thought it was pretty good, but, what about a couple of hours in the seat? I just finished a 200 mile ride today and, instead of a stop every sixty miles or so to give my butt a break, I only made one stop--and that was for fuel. Besides the comfort of the new seat, I have gotten a lot of compliments on the looks of the seat on the bike. Count on me to sell some seats for you as I tell others how great the Mustang seat is!! I Would Recommend it to Anyone Just a few lines to let you know I like the seat for my Intruder very much. Makes rides longer AND more enjoyable. At the End of a Long Day, I was Still Having Fun Best regards from sunny Cape Town! I just had to inform you of my delight with my new Regal Touring seat on my Intruder 1400. I have just returned from a wonderful, open-road, three-day ride with my mates. We did around 400 relatively slow miles a day in this bikers' paradise of Southern Africa. I really didn't expect my new seat to be THIS good! It really has transformed the bike from a short-distance, city-hopper to a viable, long-distance cruiser. At the end of a long day in the saddle, I felt little more than a slight numbness of the posterior (easily ignored), not the excruciating pain I'd experienced before! I felt I could easily have ridden further--and I was still having fun. Oh, and your passenger section has trebled the distance my wife will ride with me. Last time out, she did 165 miles with me, without any major discomfort; probably she could go further without much problem. If you're married and like bikes, this helps matters, believe me! Thanks for engineering a great product. Truly you know your stuff. I am most impressed with the shear quality of workmanship, too. Keep up the good work! Without Giving my Butt a Second Thought I recently purchased a Mustang touring seat for my Marauder VZ800. Frankly, I was wondering if the price was going to be worth it. After all, I already had a perfectly good stock seat on my bike and Mustang seats are not exactly cheap. But, after only thirty minutes on the stock seat, I could hardly stand the pain; I figured I had to do something, no matter what the cost. I am delighted with the new seat!! A Good Bike Made Better Good news… Last week I received my new seat for my Volusia. I must say, it’s completely different than the original--it's much, much better!! Because I had a friend pick up my seat while he was visiting the States, I had to have patience for a long time, but it was for the best! Next month, I am going to Germany for a week and, if the ride is the same on a long distance trip as it on short distances, well, I will be a lucky man!! This seat is such a great difference! On the original, you sit on it. On the Mustang seat, you sit in it!! Now, I must say: I love it and from the look on my compadres' faces, so do they!! “Butt” The First Ride Tells All We previously owned an 800 Marauder and one of the first things we put on it was a Mustang Vintage Touring seat. Wow, what a difference! My wife fell in love with the comfortable feel and ride and I had no complaints either (exceptional fit and comfort). Well, needless to say, when we bought our new Volusia 800, we thought the seat on it looked much nicer than the stock Marauder seat --"butt" the first ride tells all. We'll be ordering our new Mustang Vintage Seat tomorrow morning for our new Volusia! Once again, there is no substitute for quality. I'm sure we will be more than pleased when the new seat arrives. Styling on a 'stang Seat The stock saddle on my Intruder Volusia was horrendous and I was ready to go home after an hour on many of my rides. However, when I first heard riders talking about Mustang seats I thought, "Yeah, right, no saddle is that good. Somebody must be getting paid to rave about this product!" I really didn't think that your seat was worth that kind of $$$! Well, thanks for shutting up my big FAT mouth! Yeah, it's worth the $$$! When I first saw and felt my new Mustang saddle. I just stared at it for forty-five minutes! I kept saying over and over and over again: "They were right! What took me so long?" It felt as though I had a couch in my hands. I put this piece on my iron steed, went for a cruise and....'nuff said! My only regret is that I waited so long in the riding season to get my Mustang. However, lookout for this coming season! Like all us Northeast riders, I'm adding many bolt-on accessories over the winter. I'm also getting the sissy bar pad in the spring. When I'm finished, I'll send a picture of my masterpiece. A Pure Joy I have had my Mustang seat on my Marauder for about two weeks now and I love it! Before I had the seat, I was very uncomfortable riding. It got to the point where I would have to get off the bike every forty to sixty miles. Now I can sit on it all day long. It makes riding my Marauder a pure joy. Kudos To Your Great Design Wanted to drop you guys a note to say how pleased I am with my Mustang seat. I bought the two-piece, sport touring seat with driver backrest a few months ago and I noticed a vast improvement immediately on my Volusia. Before, my passenger and I could only ride about sixty miles before we would have to stop. Now we can literally go for hundreds of miles and only get off when I need to stop for gas. My passenger also noticed a big improvement in comfort and said it was the best investment in my bike I could have made. Found Seat Paradise I just wanted you to know how much I enjoy the Vintage seat I recently purchased for my Volusia. Until I sat on it, I would not have believed how much more comfortable your seat is. I had "modified" (adding more padding, gel inserts, etc.) my old seat many times trying to get it feeling "right", but I never could. The moment I sat on Mustang, I knew I had found "seat paradise". That Brick Has to Go I got a new Volusia last spring and thought the seat was fine. The wife, on the other hand, told me, "That brick they call a back seat has to go". The search was on for a new seat. We looked at several but, after she sat on your Wide Vintage, she was sold. Now, I must thank you and her. This is the best seat I have ever had, bar none. No More "Buzz Butt" I bought a Mustang seat for my Volusia about 1000 miles ago. Wow! Holy cow! Bravo! etc..! I originally got it for the passenger seat, but "man, oh, man" what a difference it made for the both of us. My wife and I would ride for only thirty minutes and have to stop to rest our "buzz butt." Felt Like A Sofa Thank you! I dealt with your sales rep Larry this past week and purchased a two-piece seat for our Marauder. Larry was great! He was able to overnight the seat to us. The hubby put it on the bike last night and I could not wait to just sit on it. It felt like a sofa! We were so impressed with the quality of the seat. (A friend came over to see it and loved it--he is returning his seat from another "popular" manufacturer and will be ordering from you!)
