Product Development

·         Utilizing the Phase gate process, identify, quantify and champion new product opportunities.

·         Primary decision-maker on product development team for assigned segments/categories.

·         Responsible for tracking industry trends and staying in the know of relevant research and market developments.

·         Provide critical thinking and problem solving to product development process.

·         Review and approve all design engineering documentation for design content.

·         Support the selection/development of suppliers.

·         With Purchasing; evaluate quotes, negotiate final costs and award business to suppliers.

·         Establish pricing for assigned segments/categories.

·         Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate successful product launches and ongoing support.

Product Line Support

·         Provide feature/benefit and product overview information to all company departments to assure the success of the product.

·         Contribute, review, and approve content in all Marketing Collaterals.

·         Address product issues, provide direction and communicate product status to Quality, Design, Purchasing, and Sales/Tech.

·         Manage/support corrective action teams as needed.

·         Ensure that product applications (fitments) are updated on a continual basis.

·         Work and /or attend events for direct end user contact.

·         Guide Purchasing on new and existing product forecasting.

·         Create segment/category forecasts.

·         Evaluate product portfolio for obsolescence and coordinate end-of-life SKU management process.


·         Assist in developing standards to ensure products and processes are “state of the art”.

·         Support the development and administration of departmental budgets and forecasts.



JOB TITLE: Assembler


FLSA: Non-Exempt / Full Time

SHIFT:  Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 pm – Mandatory OT to 4:30 pm after training is complete.  Training may last up to 5 weeks.

REPORTS TO:   Assembly Team Lead, Foreman and/or Operations Manager

Position Overview:  Assemble motorcycle seats including gluing covers, gluing foam, riveting covers to pans, riveting bumpers to pans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :.

  • Produce seats in accordance with quality and quantity expectations.
  • Examine work for exactness and neatness
  • Strive to continuously improve efficiency and speed over time
  • Work with General Manager to reach department productivity and quality goals
  • Help train new hires when asked for as long as is needed as determined by the General Manager
  • Keep work area neat, clean and free from debris to ensure a safe work environment
  • Comply with both departmental and company-wide policies

Education and Experience:

• Must be able to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use basic math.

·         Manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Must be able to communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.  Abide by policies, safety rules, work procedures and instructions.  Must be a self-starter that takes ownership of work responsibilities and projects as related to role.  Must be able to multi- task and prioritize workload.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle, feel, hear and talk.  The employee is frequently required to stand walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.



Key Account and International Sales Representative



Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. Will generate revenue & growth through sales development planning, initiatives and ongoing relationship building. In addition will utilize extensive brand knowledge, on-site scheduled meetings, and excellent communication skills to achieve goals.  Ensures that provided goods or services consistently meet client needs. May be responsible for providing sales quotations, sustaining and renewing client contracts. Additional duties include maintaining a thorough, up to date knowledge of company products, programs, and assisting customers with any related paperwork involved with the sale.  Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.



  1. Collaborate with Key Account Manager to determine & plan necessary strategic sales initiatives.

  1. Generate leads and cold-call prospects.
  2. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  3. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
  4. Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  5. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  6. When necessary, support customers at trade shows, exhibits, rallies & other events.
  7. Reach out to existing customers with scheduled on-site meetings, telephone and electronic communication.
  8. Handle & process purchase orders, backorders, invoices, shortages, overages and all other necessary administrative duties related to account maintenance.
  9. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  10. Coordinate customer training as necessary.
  11. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  12. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
  13. Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
  14. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
